Hotel Revenue Resources is a diversified collection of seasoned hotel sales and revenue management professionals whose principal members have over fifty years' experience in the industry. They have combined to form an organization with both deep and diverse senior leadership experience in all areas of "hotel top line management" in order to give hotels something other than "all or nothing" choices when seeking outside assistance to address the changes that are currently affecting our industry.
Meet The Team
President and Chief Executive Officer Cynthia Dahl has more than 25 years experience leading sales efforts and managing the behind-the-scenes effort to identify the features and product capabilities necessary to ensure successful sales efforts at GAP and The Walt Disney Company. Most recently she was Senior Manager, Information Services for Disney Consumer Products where she managed a team of Business System and Report Analysts supporting Oracle and SAP Financials with a user base of more than 400 key users. Early in her career, she developed and implemented PC-based inventory management programs to support retail sales efforts before those type systems were commercially available.
With her experience in sales operations, customer service and project management, Cindy excels in the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions working with users, developers, and other technical resources. Using her strong analytical and troubleshooting skills along with extensive project management experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, she provides the ability to bring new products and capabilities to the market on a timely basis.

Shane Gartley has worked with every major hotel brand in the industry and gained additional systems knowledge and revenue management insight during successful tours with Marriott Corporation, Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Lodgian, and Sunstone Hotel Investors. In addition, Shane successfully developed and implemented a detailed revenue management forecasting and analysis tool and process for a chain of spas in greater Atlanta in 2002.
Shane graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Hospitality Management in 1992, and has held positions in every department within a hotel.  Most recently, he has been assisting hotels successfully grow RevPAR and RevPAR Index  through accurate day-by-day segmented forecasting and cutting edge e-Commerce & Revenue Management strategies.  He combines this with an experienced and effective method of communicating analysis results and subsequent strategy change recommendations that the various departments within the hotel can effectively utilize to maximize their bottom line results.

Scott Dahl currently lives in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he is a Senior Lecturer in Revenue Management at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. He is also a Senior Revenue Management Consultant at Hotel Revenue Resources. Prior to relocating to Switzerland to teach Revenue Management, Scott served as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Apple Leisure Group, located in Newtown Square, PA.  
A veteran of over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Scott has held various senior level Revenue Management leadership positions including Vice President of Revenue Management at Hersha Hospitality Management in Philadelphia, PA and Senior Vice President of Revenue Management at Sunstone Hotel Properties in Southern California, where he was instrumental in guiding the top line revenue efforts that resulted in Sunstone's wildly successful IPO in 2004. He also held above-property positions at Lodgian and Interstate Hotels.
Scott was recognized in 2005 as one of the 25 Outstanding Minds in Hospitality Sales and Marketing by HSMAI (Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International).
From 2006 to 2011, he founded and managed Hotel Revenue Resources, Inc., and the company continues to successfully provide Revenue Management technology and services to a number of hospitality management companies throughout the United States.
Scott is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.  Prior to specializing in Revenue Management, he held a total of 12 hotel operations and sales positions at ten different hotels throughout the United States.  He has direct experience with all segments of the US lodging market, plus deep experience both managing and traveling throughout Mexico and The Caribbean.  
Scott is fluent in Spanish and is currently spending much of his spare time learning to speak French.
